Gillian Valladares Castellino: For many years this blog provided me a platform to reflect on and share my experiments in art and craft making, my enjoyment of challenging books and ideas. In the recent past, my interests have solidified around studying the healing aspects of art-making, myth, storytelling, life coaching, Jungian psychology, yoga and design. At different points in time I have been a science journalist, research scholar and IT consultant while also raising a family. My current activities centre around using my studies in these diverse areas to birth transformative changes in my life, recording the process, and sharing the learning via this blog.
